Animating Science Concepts with Stop Motion Apps

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Stop motion animation can give life to what could be mundane and difficult to teach concepts. Attendees will be shown how a deeper understanding of curriculum can be gained through stop-motion animation projects. The high school science classroom will be highlighted, but the restriction only lies in the mind of the instructor. This session will feature how to set up and execute the lesson, examples of student work, as well as time and guidance in order to develop a lesson plan for yourself. Bring a device-smart phone, tablet, laptop, etc.
