With the projected increase in STEM-related careers over the next ten years, there is an expectation of both excellence and equity in science education. What methods can science teachers use to make science accessible for all students, and give every student the opportunity to pursue a STEM-related career?

This presentation will provide practices, websites, and technologies that can be used to assist all students in making science concepts and practices more accessible. The Universal Design for Learning (UDL) guidelines will be introduced and woven throughout the presentation to demonstrate how they can be used as a blueprint for designing a science curriculum that in both accessible and inclusive for all students.
