Entering the Danger Zone? Student choice leading to student engagement

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Is it possible to have students selecting their class activities and still be engaged? Can students be held accountable for their coursework while still choosing what they do? In this session, attendees will be exposed to a variety of digital resources and practices that will enable this to occur in their classrooms. The resources described in this session are focused towards an 8th grade science class utilizing Chromebooks but can be adapted to fit any grade level, subject discipline and internet connected device. To fully participate in this session, please bring a device with you.
