Google Forms and Add-ons

Google Forms is a tool that allows you to create surveys, tests, and web input forms. The implementation of Google Forms in your classroom or school can provide useful data and effective feedback in a user-friendly application. This presentation will include uses for Google Forms, direction on how to create your own form or quiz, add-ons within the program, as well as effective uses of collected data. Participants will need access to their Google account, along with a Chromebook or laptop. ​
