Stephanie Williams is an Instructional Technology Facilitator with Greenville County Schools. Her role is to support administrators and their staff with effective instructional technology integration. This support comes in a variety of formats from whole staff professional learning to grade level planning to 1:1 growth cycles. Her current focus is supporting elementary schools with their personalized learning initiative. Greenville County Schools began their personalized learning initiative with ten pilot schools issuing chromebooks to grades third through twelfth. Over the next three years, 2017-2020, the initiative will span across the entire district. With the emphasis of growing teachers, Stephanie uses a variety of techniques and platforms to differentiate professional learning. One of her goals role is to curate resources and strategies for teachers to integrate technology effectively to transform their instructional practice and increase student achievement.
